OMEGA INNOVATION

SEE IT.
PLAN IT.
DELIVER IT.

A connected digital workflow that makes treatment easier to explain and final delivery more predictable.

SEE WORKFLOW

THE DIGITAL CONSULT WORKFLOW

4 steps designed to move patients from interest → commitment.

01 SEND DATA TO LAB

Pre-treatment Data

Pre-treatment data example

Great outcomes start with clear inputs that follow Omega's photo protocol.

RESULT Fewer revisions and smoother planning.
02 2D AND/OR 3D SMILE DESIGN

Make it patient-ready

Patient-ready preview example

Preview options that patients instantly understand — ideal for acceptance.

RESULT Patients understand the result early — acceptance improves.
03 MOCKUP /PROVISIONAL (F.T.P)

Trial the design

Trial design example

A functional “test drive” to confirm speech, guidance, comfort and aesthetics.

RESULT De-risks the case and reduces late changes.
04 FINAL TRY-IN

Lock confidence

Lock confidence example

A controlled final stage: confirm fit, shade, texture and harmony — then deliver with confidence.

RESULT Less chairside adjustment. More certainty at delivery.

Dentist Lab Workflow

DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY SUITE

A purpose-built ecosystem behind predictable fit, function and aesthetics built for modern dentistry.

Intraoral Scanner
iCAM Photogrammetry

Different cases demand different capture methods. Intraoral scans deliver detailed surface data, while iCAM photogrammetry provides a stable reference when precision is critical — improving predictability, streamlining approvals, and protecting complex and full-arch workflows.

3D Smile Design

3D SMILE DESIGN GUIDED BY
OCCLUSION, FUNCTION & FACIAL ANALYSIS

3D Smile Design lets us plan the final restoration in full three-dimensional space before manufacturing begins — aligning aesthetics with function from day one.

  • Function-first planning: occlusal dynamics and functional movements are assessed, not just static bite.
  • Natural morphology: tooth form, contours, and emergence profiles are designed for realistic, stable outcomes.
  • Facial harmony: facial analysis + smile line guides the design so it suits the patient’s features.
  • Manufacturing-ready: margins, thickness, and material parameters are resolved digitally for predictable production.

Outcome: a clinically predictable design that’s functional, aesthetic, and requires minimal adjustment.

Milling + printing for repeatable precision

Digital design is translated into consistent outcomes using high-accuracy milling and 3D printing — ideal for complex, multi-unit cases.

Verification checkpoints that protect delivery day

Fit, contact integrity, occlusion and aesthetic harmony are confirmed before the case leaves the lab — reducing chairside adjustments.
