All-on-4^TM was developed by Dr Paulo Malo to offer edentulous patients (and those with failing dentitions) the ability to have fixed implants as an immediate option without bone grafting.

The technique is continually being modified by the MALO CLINIC to learn the latest technique particularly for soft bone with thousands of patients globally benefiting from the procedure.

This new way of thinking overcomes many of the limitations of traditional dental implant treatment involving the surgical methodologies and prosthetic design.
